After years of working for others as Outsourced CFO, I establised Makhulu Global Services Inc. in 2023. I specialized in the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements, including comprehensive note disclosure and completion of various regulatory filing documents eg. Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), Annual Information Form (AIF) and Management Information Circular for the Annual General meeting.
I assisted with financing documentation such as the Prospectus (Offering and Non-Offering Prospectus), Offering Document under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption, Subscription Agreements and Report of Exempt Distribution. I prepared budgets, cash forecast, management reports and Board presentations.

Mr. Hugo has over 30 years experience in the Natural Resources, Medical Devices, Manufacturing and Service Industries, in the Canadian and International markets with the purpose of identifying and implementing improvements and saving opportunities, as well as, experience in the performing of senior and executive level functions in financial reporting and regulatory filings, planning and presentation. Mr. Hugo is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds Bachelors of Commerce Honors in accounting and Cost Management from Potchefstroom University in South Africa
